Narragansett Regional School District
Narragansett, MA
The Narragansett Regional School District has selected SBS to serve as Owner’s Project
Manager during the feasibility study and schematic design phases for its Templeton Center
School project. The 12,450 square-foot Templeton Center School was built in 1942 with a total of nine teaching spaces and one library and is insufficient to meet the growing demands of the enrollment and program needs that are required to deliver the educational program approved by the School Committee. Currently the Templeton Center School houses a Kindergarten through Grade Two population of 157 students. As part of the feasibility study, the District would like to study the option of consolidating the Templeton Center School, Baldwinville Elementary School, and the East Templeton School as a preferred solution.
